Describe the warranty item clearly, including the location in your home and when you first noticed the issue. Photos are always helpful and can be attached to your email.
Email your completed form (and any photos) to [email protected]. Our team will review your request and follow up within 2–3 business days to schedule service.

Please allow 2–3 business days for a response. For urgent issues, you may also contact your Magnolia Realty agent directly. Emergency situations such as active water leaks should be addressed immediately — call a licensed plumber and notify us as soon as possible.
